None of us have chosen our parents.

None of us have chosen our parents.
parents: None of us have chosen our parents. The Almighty decided through whom we’d come into this world, as a blessing and a test for both sides.

Our parents looked after us when we were helpless babies, so why do we find it a burden to look after them when they’re aged and in need of care?

Kindness to parents is ordered upon us. noway utter a discourteous word to them indeed in disagreement.

supplicate for them to attain the Mercy of the Almighty, guidance, and virtuousness for they brought us up soliciting for our virtuousness so unfeignedly.

Obedience to parents is a duty unless they ask us to go against the instruction of the Almighty or to do commodity unreasonable. also, we must always admire them.

Serving one’s parents in old age is as good as opening the doors of Paradise for oneself, so do not miss out. In old age, occasionally all they want is for us to sit with them and show some interest in their stories of the history, or call them from hence simply asking how they are doing.

May the Almighty forgive our failings and rain our parents with His Mercy. Aameen.
